I fully understand Montrose U Leadership Class is a nine-month course that includes a three-day trip to the State Capital. I understand community sponsors subsidize tuition, which partially covers my participation in the program, and that these sponsors have faith I will successfully fulfill all program requirements including arriving on time, staying for the duration of each module, attending all scheduled activities, and being a valuable participant in group activities and discussions.
Photos will be taken during most sessions and I understand these might be used in program promotional materials.
I understand any falsification of information supplied in my application will result in immediate dismissal from the program.
I also understand the Leadership Class has a very limited number of participants and by signing this Contract of Understanding I am making a commitment, if selected, to fill one of these spots.
Email notice reminders will be sent each month with session times, locations, and additional information. Meals are provided during the program sessions.
Please carefully review the Class Schedule for session dates before agreeing.
By signing I pledge that if I am selected as a class member I will fully participate and do everything in my power to make the Montrose U Leadership Class of 2024 a success.
My employer understands participation in the Montrose U Leadership Class of 2024 requires my absence from work on a monthly basis for at least one day.
