  • A strict 10:00 p.m. music curfew applies to all shows. Fines begin accruing 5 minutes after curfew in the amount of $1,000 for every 5 minutes over.
  • Alcohol service must cease by 9:00 p.m.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the amphitheater facility. This includes on the stage, in the backstage area, and in the dressing rooms. Violations will result in a $250 fine.
  • Out of respect for the surrounding residential neighborhoods, sound levels must not exceed 102dB SPL A-weighted as measured from the FOH mix position. While occasional instantaneous peaks may be tolerated, multiple violations will result in a $500 fine. Please be advised that formal complaints from residents will result in the Montrose Police Department sending officers to assess the noise levels to enforce the City's noise ordinance.
  • Any additional temporary fencing must be approved by city staff prior to installation.
  • The City reserves the right to determine the minimum number of portable toilets required.
