[ARCHIVED] Slurry Seal Schedule Update

20230629MoveMo2023 - Surface Treatment Slurry Seal Schedule

Unforeseen delays during mobilization resulted in a later than anticipated start to the opening day. Unfortunately, some roads originally scheduled to be completed on Thursday, June 29th were not able to be completed. The schedule will be modified as the project progresses to adjust for the lost time on Thursday. Please see the revised schedule below. Check back as the project progresses for any additional modifications. 20230629MoveMo2023 - Surface Treatment Slurry Seal Schedule

Contractors will begin work each day at 7 a.m. If your road is scheduled to be slurry sealed and has "No Parking" signs along the road, please be prepared for the road to be closed until the slurry has been cured.

Should you need to leave your home after 7 a.m., please prepare for the closure and relocate your vehicle to a street that does not have "No Parking" signs prior to the start of the slurry seal process.

Trash and recycling collection schedules will remain unchanged throughout the project. If your trash or recycling is scheduled to be collected on the same day as the surface treatment project, please assure your can out no later than 6 a.m. as these areas will be collected first for the day.

Any questions regarding the project may be directed to Civil Engineer Ryan Cushenan at 970.240.1485 or rcushenan@ci.montrose.co.us. Visit www.MoveMo.co for routine project updates and information on other large capital projects taking place throughout the city.
