Niagara Road has been reopened to two way traffic between Townsend Avenue and Hillcrest Drive while waiting on availability of the paving contractor to place the final lift of asphalt down on the roadway. Paving is scheduled to resume on Thursday September 6th and will take several days to complete. During the final paving, traffic will be switched back over to a one-way configuration accessed from Townsend Avenue.
