Rock the Rec is an event that is sponsored by the Montrose Youth Council to provide activities for high school-aged students in the area. The event is held at the Montrose Community Recreation Center.
The last event highlighted the theme "Fun @ the Field House" and featured free pizza, music, glow-in-the-dark dodgeball, and a murder mystery activity.
