COVID-19 Precautions
Due to the ongoing pandemic, Montrose Youth Competitive Baseball has chosen to coordinate its health & safety protocols with the Montrose County School District's Athletic Department. During the 2021 season, players and coaches will be required to wear a mask while in the dugouts and practice social distancing as much as possible. They will not be required to wear a mask while on the playing field. Players and coaches will be required to complete a health screening that consists of recording temperatures prior to practice and games.
Spectators are encouraged to conscientiously practice social distancing, wear masks, wash their hands, and do their part to keep everyone safe and, most importantly, keep the kids on the field.
The Montrose Youth Competitive Baseball League is a proud supporter of the Changing the Game Project. The League’s foundation rests on returning the sport to our players. Every rule, training, and requirement is established to promote the well-being and safety of players.
