The City of Montrose, Colorado is requesting formal competitive sealed bids through the Invitation For Bid process for the purchase and delivery of Gutter and Main Brooms for our Street Sweepers. Bids will be publicly received and read aloud on August 20, 2010 at 2:00 P.M in the Procurement Office, 433 S. 1st Street, Montrose, Colorado 81401. Late Proposals shall not be accepted and it is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that the Proposal arrives in the Purchasing Office by 2:00 P.M.
Complete bid packets can be downloaded from the City web page at www.cityofmontrose.org under Department Services, Purchasing, and Open Bids. It is the bidders responsibility to inform the Purchasing Office if downloaded from the Internet. All addenda will be sent to bidders who have received the entire bid packet through the mail, and those who have registered with the Purchasing Office after downloading the bid packet.
